11. Stock return Policy
* Items are returnable or exchangable within 2 days upon receiving, if customer wants to return or exchange the item, please make sure that it complies with our policy below:
Important Notes :
* Customers may need to cover the return and replacement shipping fees.
* Items must be return in the original packaging include taps, tag, carton or boxes. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
* If the request for returning is later than 2 days, we will not entertain it.
* We hope our customers would understand that we are running a low profit margin scheme n order to provide a competitive product pricing. Therefore we will only cover the shipping fees for the replacement items if the returned items are due to damaged stocks or items that stained massively.

* Minor loose threads, irregular fold or winkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
* Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
* Return or exchange are not allowed If size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.
* Buyers who did not inform us regarding the reason for exchange and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
* Sold Out Items are not available for exchange.
